Wow, it has been a while since I made a post… so here goes. I EFFIN’ hate my computer speakers! They keep changing the volume on me, and yes, I am positive that it is the speakers, because I just recently got a new comptuer, which is faster than my old one, but that isn’t important right now, what is important is, in my old computer, the volume would randomly get really loud, and then randomly get really quiet. That hasn’t changed since I switched to my new computer, which means my speakers are about to go out or something, which sucks, because before they started messing up, these speakers were pretty good. Anyways, enough about my stupid speakers, I just went through a massive update spree on my website. First I had to update the actual wordpress itself, and then I had to update two plugins. If you think about it… but don’t think too hard, I did that once, and almost died! Anyways, if you think about it, updating three things isn’t really that massive, i just said it was massive, because I had to update the actual wordpress, which takes some time. But enough about that. I want to change gears again and talk about computer accessories some more. Have I ever mentioned that I hate… or rather dislike wireless mice? Or rather, I dislike how mine goes through batteries like they are going out of style. I personally love wireless mice, there are no wires attached to the mouse to get tangled up in the other wires on the computer. I plan to get a thumb trackball as my next mouse… when ever I do get a new one… my first priority is another hard drive, because… got to change songs again. There we go… now back to what I was talking about. Getting a new mouse isn’t my first priority, another hard drive is, because I am kind of running low on space. My second priority is a mix between buying guitar hero or rock band, or buying new speakers since mine are going out on me. I will most likely end up buying rock band though, because one: my speakers are still useable, and two: Rock band sounds more fun than guitar hero, because I can play the drums also instead of just a guitar… or I could make people go deaf with my horible singing, which I don’t think I will end up doing that. Anyways… now what? Oh yeah! For those of you that have ever used the ping command in the windows xp command prompt, have you ever gotten negative numbers? I have, and for those of you that know the reason why that happens, yes I am using a dual core processor. But for those of you that don’t know why that happens, I didn’t either, so I gewgled it, and found out why. In windows xp, if you are using a dual core processor, that will sometimes happen, and can sometimes mess up online gaming. You are supposed to be able to fix that problem sort of, if you tell the program that you are using to only run on one core instead of both. I have only tested that a little. I told teh command prompt to run on just the second core, because it is supposed to get more possitive numbers, while the first core shows more negitive numbers. Doing so has actually done something. I havn’t gotten any negative pings after setting the command promt to only use the second core. Though, I haven’t really tested it much, I just ran the ping test like two or three times. Anyways, that is all I wanted to say about the weird negative pings I have been getting. I guess I am done now. I will let you go now. Its about that time again! Time for me to ramble some more! So I found it to be really interesting, or rather really annoying how I can have my door closed, and my cat will sit at the door and scratch at it. The only stupid part is that when I open the door, she just sits there, she wont come in to my room. I have to reach down and pull her in to my room, which is a challenge in its own, because when I start to reach down, she runs off, so I close my door, but a few minutes later, she is back at the door scratching away. By then, I usually just chase after her and drag her in to my room… well I wouldn’t exactly say that I drag her in, I really just pick her up and bring her in. But then, she just sits at the door wanting out. Me being how lazy I am, I just let her sit there, and she eventually either 1. lays down in front of the door, or 2. goes to sleep on her mobo box. If you are wondering what a mobo box is, I will tell you right now. I had to ship off my motherboard in my computer to have it repaired, because the sound card on it wasn’t working, and when I finally got it back, it came in the little white fedex box, which was put inside a larger brown box. Inside of the white box was this pink foam material, and when I took out the mobo, I put the white box back in the brown box, and I just put the foam on top of that, and my cat found that to be interesting, so she went and jumped onto the box, and thought it was a great sleeping place. I now have a little pink and brown catbox that my cat loves to sleep on while I am sitting here doing what ever on my computer. The other day, I was surfing the internet, and I ran across this one thing about a thing that when you did this thing to the thing, it would do something to something else, which in return would do absolutely nothing, because I am making all this up so that I can make this post longer, because I have ran out of things to say, and I wanted this post to be as long as, or longer than my other two randomness posts, and you should have been able to tell that I was making up the part about running across something on the internet, because I was just rambling on about a thing that did something to another thing which would in return do something to another thing which wouldn’t do anything, because that is a very generic sentence, which could be talking about anything. I really wish I could think of something else to say, but I can’t so I guess I will just have to end this blog post right now. Maybe I will think of more stuff, and be able to make Randomness 4 a much longer post so that when you are bored, you can read it, and maybe burn up a bunch of time, and then maybe you will be able to come up with something to do… unlike me, because I am going to have to come up with something to do after this, because I still have not thought of something to do… maybe I will go look at random articles on lifehacker, which I would recommend for you to check out, because it is a great website.

So I had decided to make a post and I was going to just type the first thing that came to mind. That post WAS called “That wasn’t me” but then I changed it to Randomness 1. I changed it, because I decided that I would make a randomness series. Really, you don’t have to read them if you don’t want to, but I just like to randomly type long blog posts about the first thing that pops in to my head. I mean, if you are bored, you could always just read through the entire post, but the main purpose of the Randomness blog series is just to give me something to do, and also to let my site viewers know that I am still here. But here my warning right here, in these posts, I don’t pay any attention to grammar, I just type what ever comes to mind, and if I have like ten or twenty run on sentences that are connected with commas, you will just have to forget about that. Anyways, I have to stop real quick and find another song to listen to, because the other one I was listening to has stopped, so I will be right back. I know that really, you couldn’t tell that I had taken some time away from this post to select a song, because the time was just represented by a new sentence, but oh well. I just typed out that I was going to start up a new song, because that is what had popped up in my head at the time, but right now, the only thing that I am really thinking about is… not a whole lot. Though, I am glad that it is the weekend, because that means I don’t have to go to school until Monday. I just wish it was June 12, 2009 because that is when the new Fast and furious movie comes out, which has all the actors from the first movie in it, and the third one didn’t have any of the original cast in it, which I thought wasn’t very cool of them, and now I have to go start a new song again, because I am too lazy to select multiple songs, and instead just select one at a time, so hold on. Okay, we are good to go now. Wait, what was I talking about again?… Oh yeah, the Fast and The Furious series. I also didn’t like that the second movie only had Paul Walker in it, and there were other people that Paul’l character knew, but that I know of, we the viewers had no clue who the people were. Anyways, I guess I am done with talking about the fast and the furious until June 12. Really, I think I am done with this entire blog post, so, um, I guess I am going to stop it now, and then go find something else to do, but what, I don’t know, that is why I had started typing this post, because I couldn’t think of anything else to do, but I do know of one thing I could do. I could go to sleep, because at the time of typing this, it is 7:06 in the morning, and I kind of maybe, probably haven’t exactly… lets put it this way, at the time of typing this, my head hasn’t touched my pillow, or my bed since I go up yesterday… so oh well, thanks for reading this if you are still reading it… okay bye.

Before I begin with this post, just let me say, I am running windows vista business with service pack 1 installed. I installed it about 2 or 3 days before I shipped off my motherboard to be repaired, and about 2 or three weeks when I got the mobo back, vista said I had to activate it. (the little icon in the task bar that says click here to activate)…Well it has been about 3 or 4 days since it has told me to activate. So my meathod of “cracking vista” is to borrow your friend’s copy of vista, and then just don’t put in a product key, and just don’t activate it. Currently the only thing that happens with me, is it periodically says I may be a victim of counterfeit, and that is all. I will update this post later if things change.

Update 9-26-08: It turns out, I don’t think vista will stop working fully if you don’t activate it. You just don’t get to use all the features of windows, so I went ahead and activated windows.

So recently I have been getting a ton of email about a previous post that I didn’t make. And by a ton of email, I mean none, but that isn’t the point. The point is, I wanted to make a new post just for you viewers… which isn’t that hard, because all of the posts that I have made so far have all been just for you viewers, so why should this post be any different? I will tell you why this post should be different, and I will tell you right now. Just let me keep typing until the word count changes from 85 to… never mind, as soon as I pushed the 5, the word count in the box on the right of the page that is under the save and publish button changed from 85 to 104 or something like that, I don’t remember, because it changed again. But, that isn’t the point, the point is that I was going to tell you how this post was going to be different in that it wasn’t going to be just for you viewers. That has kind of changed now though, because I have so far typed a bunch of stuff that is meant to be read by you, and by you, I mean you the viewers. Holy Press This buttons! Did you know that there is a shortcuts button to the right of the tags box that is directly bellow the post box that I am typing all this into? If I were to drag it and then drop it on my bookmarks bar, I can have a shortcut to my new posts page? If you haven’t figured out by now, this post has no point, and it is just a bunch of random sentences that I am thinking of right now. I wanted to make this post, because I was bored, and I couldn’t think of anything else to do, because… hold on, I need to end this sentence, because it is getting kind of long. Anyways, back to what I was saying. I was bored, and I couldn’t think of anything else to do, because I ran out of videos made by this one guy on youtube, and so I decided to start making this post, but then I couldn’t think of anything to say in the post, and that is kind of ironic, because I am not even actually saying anything, I am actually typing words, and you are reading them. At least I hope you are reading all of this, because it took me a long time to type out all of this, and I would be very sad it you had stopped reading all of this, and I am just joking, and you could have stopped reading all of this after the very first sentence, and I would not be sad at all, because the main purpose of this post is to get rid of some of this boredom, and to try and think of something to do while also trying to think of stuff to type into this box, all while periodically being distracted by the save button, because after I type so many words, it gets grayed out, and everything that I have typed so far gets saved, and I just noticed that the publish button gets grayed out also. I guess they, and by they, I mean wordpress, and by wordpress, I mean the makers of wordpress, but anyways, I guess they don’t want me to publish this post while it is being saved, or else it might cause the same effect as dividing by zero, which if you think about it, that isn’t that big, the only thing that happens when I try to divide by zero is I get an error that says “ERR : DIVIDE BY 0,” and I just grabbed my graphing calculator to see what the error was that I get when I try to divide by zero. And then after I found that out and then put away my calculator, I deleted an email that I got from daz studios. Well crap! I think I just ran out of things to say, and by say, I mean type, so I guess I have to push the publish button now, which just got grayed out again, because this post just got saved again, so I am going to go publish this post now, and then I am going to change some settings on my wordpress, because it says Draft Saved at 7:40:14 pm, but it is 9:40, and so I need to change the timezone or something, which is weird, because I thought I set that up already, but I guess I didn’t, so I am going to publish this post now and then see what the deal is, so thank you for taking the time to read all of this… that is if you are actually reading this still. I sure hope you are not still reading this, because that would be really weird, but anyways… thanks.

I finally found a theme that works, and that supports lots of pages, and also supports child pages.
My original theme, the i3theme, was cool, but the sidebars were bugged, and would mess up when I try to add stuff to the side bars, and my last theme, experience, was almost perfect. Both sidebars worked, but it didn’t support that many pages, only like 4, after that, it started putting new pages under the others, and since the buttons were big, that would start messing up the page layout. Also, any child pages that I put on the site would be listed as regular pages, so you wouldn’t know that the page was a child page.
Finally, I have found Andreas09! It supports lots of pages, because the buttons are small. It also supports child pages, because when you click on a page that has a child page, the links for the child page appear bellow the parent pages. The child pages also only show up when the parent page, or the child page is the current page you are viewing.

I felt like I needed to update my website, because I haven’t done that in a long time.

I don’t really have anything to say, I just didn’t want my viewers to think I had abandoned my site, so I decided to pop in and write this.

Now I am going to go listen to teawithtodd “The Toddcast”
