Decal to opt-out of decal program

Quoted from decal: “This Decal is to be placed on those vending machines owned by vending operations not wanting to participate in the vending decal program.”
So in other words, if you don’t want to be part of the vending decal program, put this decal on your vending machine. If someone could please explain that to me, that would be great.

Though I would’ve loved it much more if you added a relevant video or at least pictures to back up the explanation, I still thought that your write-up quite helpful. I Really realize what your position in this matter is. Though I should disagree on a number of the finer details, I think that you did a wonderful job explaining it. Definitely beats having to study it by myself. Thank you.

Good luck getting people behind this one. Though you make some VERY fascinating points, youre going to have to do more than bring up a few things that may be different than what weve already heard. What are trying to say here? What do you want us to think? It seems like you cant really get behind a unique thought. Anyway, thats just my opinion.

All I was trying to say is that I thought the decal was kind of funny, since it basically says to put it on coke machines that don’t want to put decals on said machines.
